So sorry I haven't been on recently, or replied to you or looked your deviations in ages I've been supremely busy with...(drumrole please)..film festival entries! Hurrah! So far I've been lucky enough to be picked for Kerry's animation short competition and Cork's Through the Looking Glass short selection. UPDATE! My film is now elibable for your votes! Hurrah! I think it's on page 17 - it's called Border Control. If you think it deserves it you can vote and if you really really like it you can tell your friends to vote for it! Spread the word and support this up and coming online film festival!

My film, Border Control is coming to a festival near you! As long as you live in Kerry ^_^ Just found out that my film will be shown in the Internation Kerry Film Festival which recieved over 400 shorts this year! Hurrah!

Hi...it's been ages and ages since I wrote anything in this journal! Basically I've just finished my degree in animation! Wahoo! Got my film finished (it's called Border Control and will soon be coming to festival near you! I hope...) got my thesis in! Hurrah! and my results - 2:1 and v v happy about them!

So I am now no longer a student! after 5 years in college and 13 in school I'm finished! that's 81% of my life spent in full time education!! Madness! I think September will come around and I'll find myself feeling all confused and thinking there's something I should be doing right now....

No more exams, no more horrible student IDs, no more lecturers, teachers and principles! No! Now I have deadlines, boses, work collegues and directors to run my life for me! Out with the old and in with the new! All hail the slavery of work!

I'm now working in an animation studio in Dublin, doing entry level animation & misc ink/paint/compositing stuff! Loads of upsides! Downside? No money...ah well! maybe one day. My penniless student existence continues unabated!

I was hoping to have more time to spend with friends, families & the boyf but it looks like my frantic life style has remained pretty similar to before i finished! So if this is the last blog for a while...sorry!!

Well, a friend of mine is having a animation themed Hallowe'en party! BUT who am I to go as? A lot of the obvious ones are taken (Jessica Rabbit, most of the cool Disney ones...) So who should I be?

Suggestions are MOST welcome! tanx!

wow...I'm 21..what a feeling!I feel a WHOLE DAY OLDER! Had a great day actually, left college early, went home to de family, had GORGEOUS indian feast, courtesy of my wonderful mammy*hug* and then got a WACOM tablet!

After hugging it for a while...so smmoooth...I finally prised myself away from it long enough to plug it in..bliss so happy! Now I'll finally manage to do reasonably decent linework -i hope

Wanna thank everyone who came to my night out - you know who you are ! It was brilliant - E5 cocktails - mmmm cocktails - and loads of friends!Wonderful!

Not so wonderful that I have to do college work now...Sorry for not posting more/doing more/actually contributing ANYTHING to the website..but college is hard..who knew??Damn degree actually involving work
